Manmade sources can include motor vehicles, and industrial fuel burning, and manufacturing operations. The one of the main cause that touches off haze is manufacturing operations. Many factories were over measure produced the smog that had over the standard and the smog seriously influence the air become air pollution.
The components that make up haze may have negative effect on people's health especially that of the children and the elderly. Also not excluded are those who have certain diseases such as asthma, allergy, and pneumonia and lung disease. Workers working in the open air have a high risk in their health. One of effective solutions to help eliminate haze is to make some chemistry changes during the manufacturing process,so it could reduce harmful emissions which are produced by manufacturing operations. Caring for the environment, it should be started by each person.

Psychologists agree that one important factor is a person's social contacts, friends, family members, coworkers, etc. We depend on various people for different reasons. Psychologists are trying to find ways to help habitually lonely people: they are unhappy and unable to socialize and there is a connection between chronic loneliness and serious illness such as heart disease. While temporary and situational loneliness can be a normal, healthy part of life, chronic loneliness can be a sad, and sometimes dangerous condition.

Children's habit of studying and love for learning are of great importance to youngsters because these two things set up the sound foundation for their future studies.
Having children start formal education at a very early age benefits young children much more than simply letting them play most of their time. 这次期末英语考试成绩是94分，我并不意外，这里的意外并不是指成绩下降，而是提高。说实话，我的英语成绩自上初中以来只有第一学期考试上过90分，以后一直徘徊在85到89之间，90分成了难以突破的关口。正如英语老师说的，“老本啃完了，自然成绩开始一落千丈。”我的成绩虽然不能用“一落千丈”来形容，但是遇到了90分这个天堑，无法逾越。我的父母也非常着急，给我一直报着课外补习班，却收效甚微。我表面上看似无所谓，但是对自己成绩的下降，又有谁能淡然处之呢？于是，我在英语上猛下功夫，以至于有一段时间置其他学科于不顾，又一次考试后，不但英语没提上去，反而其它成绩也落下了，英语几乎成为了我的心病。
在一次和爸爸的朋友聚餐后，我认识了一个教英语的阿姨，而后就跟着她上课。同样是上课，她用的是一种全新的.教学方式，不再用拔苗助长的方式，让我们提前接触高中知识而对初中知识不屑一顾。而是将初中、高中、甚至大学知识成功融汇为一体，再加上我大量做题练习，讲练结合。使得我的成绩突破90分，这几分的提高，对别人可能不算什么，但对于我来说，相当于从首陀罗跃至婆罗门，因为突破了“天堑”，让我对英语这门课有了信心。
虽说这次考试达到了我初中以来英语成绩的巅峰，但是，我认为自己还有极大的提升空间，作文、听力、阅读，尽皆可以训练，至于单选，对课文加以温习巩固，同样可以提分。

期末英语成绩不梦想，就为本学期的情景画了失败的标签。所以，我要做了一个深刻反思，经过深思熟虑，我了解到了自身存在的问题，也请多多批评指正。
1，思想意识水平不够高。思想意识是一个学生成才、提高成绩的基本条件，我没有清晰地意识到什么是学生的基本任务，学生的基本任务就是学习。
2，没有正确的学习态度。思想与态度是互补的关系，一个端正的学习态度，塑造一个认真学习的学生，是提高成绩的重要基础。用正确的学习态度对待学习，以正确的思想觉悟看待考试，将每一阶段的学习、测验重视起来，没有提高不了的学习成绩。
