  1、按照管家的安排认真做好客房内桌椅、床铺、洗手间及过道卫生,并将出现问题的房间和设备知

  会前台做好记录等待维修;

  2、认真检查退房后的消费品,并及时知会前台做好入账工作;

  3、配备好各种用品,确保正常营业使用。

  4、对待宾客应主动、热情、礼貌、耐心、周到,使顾客有宾至如归之感;

  5、运用礼貌语言,为客人提供最佳服务,6、善于向顾客介绍和推销客栈内的餐饮及特色菜点和其它服务项目;

  5、配合管家工作,服从管家工作安排,团结及善于帮助同事工作;

  6、积极参加培训,不断提高服务技能。

  任职资格:

  1、年龄18-45岁,身体健康,女性身高1、58m以上、男性身高1、70以上;

  2、品行端正,能吃苦耐劳,初中以上文化程度。
